Othman Tahboub is the Group Chief Transformation Officer at AlBehar Group, where he spearheads strategic initiatives to foster innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across the organization.

Prior to joining AlBehar, Othman held key executive positions in globally renowned organizations. Notably, as the Chief Operations and Supply Chain Officer at AIR, he was instrumental in the company’s transformation into a multibillion-dollar enterprise, architecting and scaling world-class supply chain and operational frameworks.

An accomplished academic, Othman is a proud alumnus of Harvard Business School and holds an Executive MBA with distinction from Hult International Business School in Boston . He has also completed advanced executive education programs at London Business School, INSEAD, and HEC Paris, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to learning and leadership excellence.

In addition to his corporate acumen, Othman is a seasoned investor with a diverse portfolio spanning fintech, health tech, cloud kitchens, food, AI, Web3, decentralized finance, blockchain, and emerging technologies. His ventures across the USA, Europe, and the Gulf are underpinned by a visionary approach and an exceptional track record of success, boasting a remarkable zero-failure rate.

Othman also serves on the Investment Committee and Advisory Board of Global Millennial Capital, an award-winning venture capital fund specializing in disruptive innovation. The fund manages a $1 billion portfolio of 30 high-growth, early-stage companies in Silicon Valley.
