Eng. Nidal Hamam is the founder and Managing Partner of Al-Behar Consulting, a key asset to the groups diverse arsenal of subsidiaries. Nidal leveraged his multi-faceted decorated experience in operational excellence and robust technical knowledge in various industries, and capitalized on the synergies created with other sister companies in the group to establish a unique consultancy boutique, poising now as your trusted partner in your journey towards innovation.  

Before co-founding Al-Behar Consulting, Eng. Nidal held several executive roles in globally recognized companies such as PepsiCo International, and Procter & Gamble. Nidal used to play a board member role in Teeba Jordan (juice and dairy company) representing PepsiCo International in their IDJ JV with Almarai. As the former general manager at PepsiCo Jordan , Eng. Nidal played a pivotal role in overseeing the company jump to the leading front among all PepsiCo operating companies in market share, profit margins, control environment, sustainability, and work environment, which positioned the company to win several global and regional PepsiCo awards. E.g. Chairman Club award, Donald Kendel Award, Revenue management and productivity awards.

Eng. Nidal obtained his bachelor’s degree from university of Jordan in civil engineering.

Beyond his corporate expertise, Nidal is a passionate football fan, appreciates and values his family, and enjoys transferring his knowledge and experience to the younger generation.
